Submitting a request

When submitting maintenance requests please provide as much information as possible to aid in the ordering of the repair:

For the scheduling of the repair If you would prefer to meet the vendor or if you wish to give the vendor permission to enter with keys from our office, please let us know when placing the repair request.



To prevent any tenant charges, please be aware that some maintenance issues are the responsibility of the tenant as outlined in your rental agreement including the following:


  • Replacement of light bulbs
  • Clogged drains
  • Replacement of batteries in smoke detectors
  • Damages caused beyond normal wear and tear
